Our Mission

Our mission is to create inclusive pathways where people at risk of exclusion—such as persons with disabilities, those returning from incarceration, and the long-term unemployed—can learn by doing, practice creativity, and reconnect with society. We mobilize partners across culture, business, and local government to co-create sustainable projects that preserve heritage, foster dignity, open routes to employment and education, and strengthen a shared sense of place.
